Annual almanac following previous publications in 2004 and 2005, dedicated to the development of Public Policy in Russia as well as the institutions that promote it, such as Public Policy Centres. Special attention is given to varying forms of co-operation within local communities in several of the larger regions of Russia.
The publication also looks at the development of public policy centres beyond Russia's borders in the CIS and Eastern Europe.
