  • In which sectors of democracy assistance do the Visegrad Four countries have a comparative advantage?
  • Types and mechanisms of assistance that would produce the best results in bringing about change in those sectors
  • How can co-ordination be strengthened between V4 civil society groups and those of BiH? (in specific areas such as between think-tanks; between youth groups; between advocacy groups, etc.)
  • How can dialogue be strengthened between political actors and civil society/think-tanks in BiH
