Three policy papers - on alternative energy and energy efficiency in Serbia and Kyrgyzstan, and the role of energy efficiency in EU energy relations with Russia - look at the scope for placing alternative energy at the heart of European international development policy.
These three policy brief were undertaken by the Jefferson Institute, Serbia, as part of the project, Promoting European Energy Security. The project was commissioned by the Board of PASOS. The project was funded through a grant to PASOS from the Local Government and Public Service Reform Initiative (LGI) of the Open Society Institute (OSI).
